Hotel Policy

  • All kitchenettes are just to make breakfast. Cooking is prohibited throughout the hotel premises.
  • You are not allowed to make any changes to any of the furniture. In case you have an issue with the current layout please contact the front desk immediately.
  • We change the linen every other day. In case you need fresh linen on a daily basis there is an extra charge of 2 euro per person.
  • The working hours of the front desk are from 8:00 a.m. to 12.00 a.m.
  • Check-out max time: until 12.00 p.m. and check in can be made from 14.00 o’clock.
  • The prices do not include breakfast.
  • The client has to keep the room up to the end of the agreed time otherwise he is obliged to pay compensation to the Hotelier equal to the half amount of the money he should pay for overnights if he was making use of the whole time.
  • Using the common areas of the hotel is until 12.00 a.m.
  • In case of damage to any part of the hotel and its furniture/appliances you are obliged to immediately contact the front desk. Depending on the damage done you might be obliged to fully or partially compensate the hotel owner.
  • Pets are not welcome.
  • Max capacity per each room is 3 persons.
